over the past few years. We were spared any Hurricane damage to our unit thanks to our Hurricane Shutters installed in April 2022. Our Condo has tile floors throughout entire unit.
Dining & Living room furniture is fresh and new. Our kitchen appliances have been updated. Primary has king adjustable bed. Plantation shutters cover patio doors and windows. The wall colors and décor are in traditional Floridian style. Freshly painted in 2023. NEW A/C, Water Heater, Garage Door, Pillows & Linens ALL NEW in 2024. Only thing we are missing is YOU!
We ourselves take a few days each season to stay in the unit to make sure everything is in good working order so that our Guest enjoy a relaxing, stress free vacation. We are grateful to the Guest who have let us know how much they enjoyed our unit and come back to visit again & again!
#303 is a 2nd Floor unit with garage parking. (Elevator still being restored so 2 flights of 6 steps) 2B/2B Sleeps 6, Non-Smoking & No Pets. It overlooks the manicured gardens & pool. (There is a peek-a-boo view of Gulf from the screened lanai) You are just a short walk to The Beach, BBQ grills, Heated & Cooled Swimming pool, Tennis & Shuffleboard. 3 smart TV’s, DVD, Fiber optic wireless internet & Direct TV. Stream your favorite channels through the TV or Blue Ray player in the living room and connect to the Sound Bar to listen to your favorite tunes. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a full meal, or grab a quick bite & head out to the sunshine. Upon arrival, your unit is stocked with all the essentials to get you started. There are beach chairs & umbrellas located in the garage of #303 for your use. Beach towels can be purchased or rented at the office. Sanibel Siesta is a smaller complex with a true community feel. When you book unit #303 you correspond with their onsite staff. When you check in there is also A Full Office to assist you. IT IS NOT just a key & lockbox; there is a real person onsite 9-5.M-S/9-12 Sundays.
There is also on-site maintenance should anything in the unit require attention. Sanibel Siesta also has their own dedicated team of cleaning staff. Each unit is professionally cleaned and inspected upon departure and prepared for the next guest. What are you waiting for? Experience the community of Sanibel. Shell and walk on the Beach. Ride a bike on the many pathways. Cast a line, swing a racket/paddle or a club. Two Golf courses just minutes away.
Whether you are a season visitor or a rookie, your stay at #303 will be relaxing & enjoyable.
We, the owners of this unit have been visiting Sanibel for almost 20 years. What sold us on Sanibel Siesta was the staff! Each member really seems to enjoy their work and is very accommodating to each guest and their needs. By the end of your visit it’s like you’re an old friend! We look forward to your visit.
