Plus, this is a community which is constantly being updated; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, perfect for fishing, launching kayaks or just enjoying the view.
Every member of the family can find something to enjoy here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1 mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the beautiful Kill Devil Hills beaches.

The lovely living area has plenty of comfortable furniture to sink right into, whimsical coastal decor, rich wood floors and accents and a sliding glass door leading out to the patio. The first level den is a wonderful getaway space for the kids. Let them have fun with the game table or hook up their game consoles (not included with rental) to the flat screen HDTV. They will think they've hit the vacation jackpot!

The stunning cherry wood kitchen will tempt even the most reluctant of cooks to try out their culinary skills! Who can resist the striking cabinets, along with stainless steel appliances, pendant lighting and plenty of counter space? A breakfast bar with seating for 4 ensures plenty of company and coaching for the chef! The adjacent dining room will surely be the scene of much laughter, conversation and fun. **Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
