It also has doors which can be closed to create an en suite. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and granite counters. Ceiling fans are in all rooms and 3 flat-screen TVS. Walk-in showers are in both bathrooms with a seat and grab bars in the master bathroom. This non-smoking unit is decorated and equipped for your enjoyment including a queen-size sleeper sofa, central air, satellite TV and WiFi. As a courtesy, upon arrival your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent. We are conveniently located within walking distance of a golf course and restaurants. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $25 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $25.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
