The large and bright living/dining room leads to a screened lanai overlooking the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal (ice-maker in freezer). Other amenities include ceiling fans throughout, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs,, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will also enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella for your convenience. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Sanibel Siesta offers tennis courts, heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities and elevators...all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! A $25 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $25.00 will apply.
