The guest bedroom has comfy twin beds and can be made into a king upon request. The light and bright living/dining room leads to a large screened lanai with 2 ceiling fans. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, central air, 3 satellite flat-screen TVs, queen-size sleeper sofa, linens, and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your enjoyment. Beach towels are available for purchase or rent from our on-site office. Other amenities include tennis courts, a heated swimming pool, WiFi, bike rentals, shuffleboard, gas grills, laundry facilities...all in a lush tropical setting with amazing sunsets! We are located within walking distance of a golf course and several restaurants and offer immediate access to the wonderful bike trails on Sanibel Island. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $25 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5.
