The condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and ample living space.The master bedroom boasts a new, comfortable king-size bed, while the guest room has new twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. Each bedroom includes a large walk-in closet. Unit 307 comes fully-equipped with a modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils. Enjoy meals in the dining area or step outside onto the private screened-in lanai to savor your morning coffee with a view of the pool area and our recently landscaped tropical pond. The living area is elegantly furnished, providing a cozy spot to unwind after a day of beachside or greenside fun. Other conveniences include central air, three satellite flat-screen Smart TVs, hi speed internet, a queen-size sleeper sofa, linens and a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You’ll also have access to a private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Beach towels are available to purchase from our on-site office. The office staff can also assist in recommending dining and sightseeing options. Each condo is thoroughly and professionally cleaned between each rental. All linens are washed and fully sanitized. Amenities - As part of Sanibel Siesta on the Beach you'll have access to resort facilities, including a newly refurbished, large, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, bike rentals, shuffleboard, and a shell cleaning sink.
