Central air, satellite TV, internet, tennis courts, heated pool, 18 hole golf course literally across the street. Your unit is supplied with a starter pack of soaps, paper products and coffee. You will enjoy your own private garage containing beach chairs and beach umbrella. Beach towels are available for rent or purchase from our on-site office. Reservation pricing is based on a party of 4. A $25 daily fee will apply for any 5th or 6th person over the age of 5. Parties over 4 people, but the 5th and 6th person are 5 or under, a 1-time extra linen charge of $25.00 will apply. Max occupancy is 6 including children and infants. NO PETS.
