With amazing views of Lac Courte Oreilles, a large spring-fed lake of over 5,000 acres, Breezy Point Lookout is a stunning lakefront escape nestled on the largest lake in the county, known for excellent fishing, sailing, exploring and water sports, your luxury adventure is just beginning.
Step through the inviting three-season porch featuring a vaulted ceiling and a massive stone wood-burning fireplace—the perfect place to relax, sip your morning coffee, or unwind with family. With panoramic lake views and plush seating, you may never want to leave the porch… but step inside, and you’ll find even more to love.
The main level boasts an open-concept layout:
- A large, fully equipped chef’s kitchen ideal for gathering and cooking with four barstools for added seating around the granite-top island
- A spacious dining area with large farm dining table that seats twelve and sliding patio doors to main-level deck

- Private Loft Suite – Two Queen size beds, private ensuite bath with shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake

- From boating and power sports to hiking, kayaking and paddleboarding in the warm-weather months, to snowmobiling and cross-country ski trails in the cold-weather months, we have countless outdoor activities for all ages with direct access from our property

Snowmobile Access from Our Property
For snowmobilers, the trail cuts across the lake in front of our cabin. We have marked access to the trails directly from our property on the lake to hit thousands of miles of groomed trails right from our cabin. Snowmobile rentals are also available in the area if you don't have your own equipment. Several companies will deliver equipment right to our cabin.
Bring Your Boat or Rent Nearby
LCO is an amazing recreational boating and fishing lake. Its crystal-clear, spring-fed water is excellent for swimming, skiing, and fishing. The lake has a secret sand bar where boaters like to anchor, swim and socialize, a shallow fish ecosystem of shelves along the shores for hard-core anglers to catch their bounty, but the majority of the lake is 50-90 feet deep.
Restaurants Accessible by Boat
There are two family-owned resorts on LCO with incredible restaurants accessible by car, boat, wave runner or snowmobile, depending on the season. It’s just a short boat ride from Breezy Point Lookout to Trails End and Angler’s Haven—both known for great food, live music, and Northwoods hospitality.
Private Dock, Kayaks & Paddleboard
We have a new private dock for your watercraft with a sundeck for sunning, happy hour and watching the sunset. Three kayaks and a paddleboard await to explore beautiful Lac Courte Oreilles. Additional water toys and boats are available to rent on the lake. Several well-maintained public boat launches are also located nearby. Power is available at the lakeshore for charging boat batteries—please bring an extension cord.
Location
Breezy Point Lookout is located 8 miles south of the city of Hayward. It's 140 miles northeast of the Twin Cities Metro area—an easy drive for a weekend getaway or extended stay. Nearby you’ll find charming shops, the Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame, mini-golf, restaurants, golf courses, and the LCO Casino. The Hatchery Creek Trailhead for the Birkie and CAMBA bike trails is also just 7 miles away.
Parking
There is space to park 2–3 cars. Sorry, we do not allow camping in RVs or tents.
