Welcome to Point One. This unique cottage was once a part of the near by resort and is now a separate dwelling. Because of the cottage history there are many different amenities that come with it like each bedroom has its own bathroom, window air conditioner, and small deck. Located just a few blocks from the ocean and situated in the heart of the Misquamicut Fire District. You will be provided a walk on pass to enjoy the fire district beach and you are a short distance to a number of dining or shopping spots.

Local attractions include, The Historic Village of Watch Hill, which is known for having one of the oldest operating carousels in the country, enriched with boutiques & shops, and breathtaking sunsets over the bay. Downtown Westerly & Mystic which both have a wide variety of high-quality restaurants, live entertainment, and shops. Foxwoods, one of America�s biggest casinos is about 30 minutes away which has endless options. Other local amusements include Bay View Park which offers go karts, mini golf, bumper boats, etc. and Purple Ape which offers jet ski/kayak/paddle board rentals. The Misquamicut weekly schedule is as follows, Monday: Tunes on the Dunes, live music every Monday from 7/11-8/15. Tuesday: Drive In Movies on the Beach, every Tuesday in July & August (schedule can be found on home page. Wednesday: Blues on the Beach, live music on the beach Wednesdays from 7/6 to 8/17.
