The first floor living area and bedrooms stay cool with window A/C units, and the home has everything you need for a full week away — dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, streaming services, WiFi, microwave, and a drip coffee maker to get the mornings started right. The layout flows naturally, open enough for the whole group to gather without anyone feeling on top of each other, and the convenient half bath on the upper level keeps the morning routine moving smoothly.
Outside is where Beach Rose truly comes alive. The generous backyard is made for exactly the kind of summer evening a beach vacation promises — fire up the gas BBQ, spread out on the lawn, let the kids run around while the adults finally unwind. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after the beach, and the deck is an ideal spot to linger over dinner or watch the sun go down. A Misquamicut Fire District parking pass is included, putting the beach just half a mile away, and there's parking on site for up to 3 vehicles.

Local attractions include the Historic Village of Watch Hill, known for one of the oldest operating carousels in the country, enriched with boutiques & shops, and breathtaking sunsets over the bay. Downtown Westerly & Mystic offer a wide variety of high-quality restaurants, live entertainment, and shops. Foxwoods, one of America's biggest casinos, is about 30 minutes away with endless options. Other local amusements include Purple Ape, offering jet ski/kayak/paddle board rentals. The Misquamicut area hosts a vibrant weekly schedule: Monday features Tunes on the Dunes with live music from July to August. Tuesday offers Drive-In Movies on the Beach throughout July and August (schedule available on the home page). Wednesdays include Blues on the Beach with live music from early July to mid-August.
